Business Resource Groups (BRGs)

BRGs are an integral part of AAA’s commitment to foster a culture of inclusion and belonging. These Associate-led, company-recognized networks formed to serve as a resource to both Associates and our organization. Open to all Associates, these networks connect individuals with common interests or backgrounds with the intent to create an inclusive culture and a better, shared future.

BASK

BASK provides opportunities for Black Associates, and allies, to Share Knowledge though a network of diverse voices exchanging ideas and sharing professional resources in a positive and safe space.

Corporate Social Responsibility—Making a Difference

At AAA, our commitment to giving back to the community drives everything we do. Our Associates actively engage in various initiatives, from volunteerism and donations to local grant programs, culminating in our award-winning Step Up for Hunger campaign. Held every August, this thrilling two-week challenge has Associates logging their steps not just for personal achievement but as a unified team to achieve a monumental goal. When we hit our target, AAA donates over 200,000 meals to Feeding America and local food banks, directly tackling food insecurity.
