CLAIMS SUPPORT
All claims must be approved prior to commencement of work. For all contracts purchased between February 1, 2018 and April 3, 2023 please have your repair shop call (855) 292-9306.
For all contracts purchased on or after April 4, 2023 please have the repair shop call (844) 878-9431.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests may take 30 days to process. All applicable refunds will be sent to you directly. Cancellation conditions and rights vary according to state
of purchase. If you have any questions, please contact (800) 323-4300 and select option #1.

The AAA Vehicle Protection Plan is a vehicle service contract program administered by Axiom Product Administration Inc., 1 Progress Point Parkway, Suite 101, O’Fallon, MO 63368.
Agreements are insured under an insurance policy issued by Wesco Insurance Company, 59 Maiden Lane, 43rd Floor, New York, NY 10038, (866)-505-4048.
AAA Approved Auto Repair shops are independently owned and operated and are not owned by AAA. These shops must meet certain criteria in order to participate in the AAA
Approved Auto Repair Program.
