AAA Club Alliance Inc., dba AAA Mid-Atlantic is sponsoring a Flyers Virtual T-Shirt Toss. The winner(s) of the virtual sweepstakes drawing will win one (1) Philadelphia Flyers t-shirt. There will be a total of twenty (20) T-shirts awarded.

Official Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Drawing is open only to those 18 years of age and older. Employees of AAA Club Alliance Inc. and their immediate families are not eligible to win. You must have a valid email address in order to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter.

2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, go to the following link between 12:01am October 19, 2024 and 12:00pm January 30, 2025 and register: https://cluballiance.aaa.com/membership/flyers/giveaway

3. HOW TO WIN: The drawing will be held on January 31, 2025 at the offices of AAA Club Alliance located at 1 River Place, Wilmington, DE 19801. YOU NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN. Notification to prizewinners will be to the same email address used to enter the drawing. The prizewinner will be required to execute and return, prior and as a condition to receiving the prize, an affidavit of eligibility and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release. Failure to comply with these rules will cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, and no substitutions are allowed. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entrants. If the winner declines his or her prize, or the winner fails to return the affidavit of eligibility and liability release within the timeframe stated, such winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing at the Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes will be mailed to winners via United States Postal Service.

4. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE(s): The prize is a Philadelphia Flyers T-Shirt, Size Large, retail value $29.99.

5. ADDITIONAL TERMS: No bots or artificial intelligence may be used to enter. Limit one prize per household. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, or incomplete of for any failure or downtime of the electronic entry system or website. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned to the Entrant. Your entry into this drawing allows us to use your information for purposes set forth in, and subject to AAA Club Alliance’s privacy policy, located at www.cluballiance.aaa.com/about/privacy

6. WINNERS’ LIST: For prizewinner information, please go to https://cluballiance.aaa.com/membership/flyers/giveaway where a list of winners will be posted after the drawing for a period of thirty (30) days, or call Jianna Conway at (609) 458-0517 for a listing. Be sure to include the name and date of the Drawing for which you are inquiring.

7. PUBLICITY: Each winner acknowledges and agrees that as a condition of winning, he or she will grant to the Sponsors (see Item 12, below) the right to publicize his/her/their first initial and last name, city of residence, and fact that he/she/they won the Drawing, and all matters incidental thereto, without further compensation.

8. TAXES: All applicable local, state, international and federal taxes, if any, and any and all expenses not specified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of and will be paid for by each winner.

9. LIABILITY: By accepting a prize, winners agree that neither the Sponsor, Philadelphia Flyers, L.P. , nor any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliate companies and the agents, employees, directors, or officers will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind incurred in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or while traveling to, preparing for and/or participating in this promotion or any prize-related activity.

10. The decision of the Drawing Sponsor will be final in all matters pertaining to the Drawing. The Sponsor reserves the right to correct any and all printing, typographical or mechanical errors.

11. All federal state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
