Official Rules

SPONSOR:  AAA Club Alliance Inc. (“ACA“), One River Place, Wilmington, DE 19801.

NO PURCHASE OR AAA MEMBERSHIP NECESSARY TO ENTER, AND NEITHER PURCHASE NOR MEMBERSHIP WILL INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.

THE COMMANDERS MVP MEMBERSHIP SWEEPSTAKES (THE “SWEEPSTAKES“) IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS, AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY THE WASHINGTON COMMANDERS OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATED ENTITIES.

1. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 AM Eastern Time, August 1, 2025 and will end at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on February 15, 2026 (the “Promotion Period“). ACA reserves the right to discontinue, modify or extend the Sweepstakes at any time prior to the end date of the Promotion Period. Entries received prior or subsequent to the Promotion Period will be invalid.
2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, you must: (a) legally reside within ACA’s territory (PA, MD, VA, NJ, DC, OK, DE, SD, OH, KY; visit aaa.com and enter your zip code to confirm territory); (b) have valid identification; and (c) be eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your state of residence) or older at the time of entry. Limit one registration per person for each reward, and you may not win more than once during the entire Promotion Period. Duplicate registrations will be discarded. Internet access is required for the online method of participation described below. Employees of ACA, its agents, affiliates, directors, subsidiaries, parent companies and members of their immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings) or persons residing in the same household are not eligible.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: You may participate in the Sweepstakes by one (1) of the following methods:
   1. Online: Visit AAA.com/Commanders and submit the requested information in order to be registered for the Sweepstakes. By registering for the Sweepstakes, you expressly agree to receive, via electronic mail, marketing and promotional materials in connection with the MVP Rewards Program along with any necessary communication regarding fulfillment of a reward. Internet access is required in order to participate in the Sweepstakes via this method of entry. Entrants need only register once in order to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participants who request to stop receiving, or otherwise “opt out” of receiving, promotional emails related to the Commanders MVP Membership Sweepstakes will no longer be eligible for the Sweepstakes and will need to register via the alternate method of entry described in Paragraph 3(B) below if they desire to still participate in the Sweepstakes.
   2. Mail: Mail a 3” x 5” postcard or piece of paper with your first and last name, complete mailing address including zip code, telephone number and email address to:

      Limit one entry per person per postmarked envelope or postcard. All entries become the sole property of ACA and will not be acknowledged or returned. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible eligible.

      For all methods of entry, ACA shall not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries; interrupted or unavailable network servers, system outages, download issues or other connection miscommunications, failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions, or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic that may affect the Sweepstakes participation process. Any use of an automated sweepstakes entry system, or a professional sweepstakes entry agent, to submit entries in the Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

   All methods of entry have an equal opportunity of winning.

4. PRIVACY: You hereby expressly acknowledge and understand that you are providing your personal information to ACA by registering to participate in the Sweepstakes via one of the entry methods described in Paragraph 3 above. To view our privacy policy, please visit www.aaa.com/privacy.
5. DRAWINGS:

   During the Promotion Period, ACA will conduct random drawings approximately one (1) week prior to the date of the reward and select winners (“Winners“) from among all eligible participants who have validly registered for the Sweepstakes by such date. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible participants registered at the time of drawing. You may not be selected more than once during the entire Promotion Period.

6. PRIZES:

   Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, each Winner will be awarded one (1) of the following prizes:

   • Two (2) Tickets to a Washington Commanders Home Game in the 2025 NFL season (approximate retail value: $120.00 per ticket)
   • Two (2) Tickets to a Private Dinner with Washington Commanders Alumni (approximate value: $250)

   All Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and other expenses associated with receipt and use of all prizes including, but not limited to, all travel and transportation costs. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions will be made except as provided herein at ACA’s sole discretion. 

   ACA shall not be liable to any Winner or any person claiming through any Winner for failure to supply any prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal) labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slowdown, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, bankruptcy or insolvency of any prize supplier or any other cause beyond ACA’s sole control (collectively, “Force Majeure Event“). ACA reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason in its sole discretion including, without limitation, if any prize cannot be awarded as described as a result of a Force Majeure Event.  ACA reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason in its sole discretion including, without limitation, if any prize cannot be awarded as described as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each Winner will be notified within three (3) business days following a drawing via the contact information supplied by such Winner at the time of registration. Each Winner shall receive notification of selection and instructions to claim their prize. If the award notification correspondence to a Winner is undeliverable, or if a Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, such Winner will be automatically disqualified, and an alternate Winner will be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible participants. ACA is not responsible for notification failure due to telephone number inaccuracy, email address inaccuracy, notification being lost in the mail or being diverted into a SPAM folder or similar repository, or any other failure or problem of any kind related to notification.
8. PUBLICITY: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for ACA to use, in perpetuity, each Winner’s name, hometown, biographical information, likeness, photograph, voice and statements regarding the Sweepstakes for editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including but not limited to the Internet, newspapers and other print media, radio and television, without notice, review or approval, on behalf of ACA without compensation or other consideration, unless prohibited by law.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: ACA reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that (i) tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry or registration process or the operation of the Sweepstakes in any manner, (ii) violates these Official Rules, or (iii) acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ACA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AND/OR DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

   ACA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof for any or no reason including, without limitation, in the event that computer hardware or software malfunctions (including but not limited to viruses, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures) or any other causes corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes; in which event ACA may select a Winner from among the eligible participants who registered prior to the action taken or in such other manner as deemed fair and appropriate by ACA in its sole discretion.

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes and accepting the award of a prize, each Winner shall be deemed to have released, discharged, indemnified and agreed to defend and hold harmless ACA, the American Automobile Association, Inc., Pro-Football LLC d/b/a the Washington Commanders, their respective advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, agents and representatives and all of their respective employees, officers and directors from any and all claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss of or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light), arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity. In no event will ACA, its affiliates or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages, related to or in connection with the Sweepstakes.
11. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited by law, each participant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the Winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards made pursuant to such arbitration shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees or costs; (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each such participant hereby expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (d) judgment upon the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any competent court or application may be made to any competent court for judicial acceptance of such award and an order of enforcement. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of registrants and/or ACA in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to the conflicts of law provisions thereof. All proceedings (including arbitration) shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware.

13. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By registering for this Sweepstakes, all participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of ACA, which shall be final and binding in all respects and in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
