Can I view my membership card in the AAA Mobile App?

To view your membership card, open the AAA Mobile App and click on the profile icon on the top left (person's head in blue circle), then click on the card right below your name. This will display a card. iPhone users can add the membership card to their Apple Wallet. Android users can add their membership card to their Google Wallet.

Can I add my AAA membership card to Apple Wallet?

If you’re on an iOS device and wish to add your AAA Membership card to your Apple Wallet, follow the steps below: 1. Registration is required on AAA.com before logging on to the AAA Mobile App. 2. Log in to the AAA Mobile app using your AAA.com credentials. 3. On the AAA Mobile app home screen, tap the Member icon in the upper-left corner. 4. On the Member menu, tap “View Card” to open your digital AAA Membership card. 5. On the digital AAA Membership card, tap “Add to Apple Wallet” in the bottom-right corner. 6. The digital AAA Membership card will now show up in the Apple Wallet. Tap “Add” in the upper right corner of the screen. 7. On the next screen tap “Done” in the upper left corner. The digital AAA Membership card can now be viewed in the Apple Wallet at any time.

Why does the app ask me to enable location services?

Having location services enabled allows us to find you faster when you need roadside assistance. It also helps us provide the most relevant discounts and travel features based on the information of your location. You can turn this feature off and the app will still work, however it will prompt you to turn on location services.

I downloaded the app. Why can't I access my account?

Accepted Answer

If you are a current AAA member, you will need to log into your account on the app in order to access your account information. You can do this by clicking on the "Guest" profile picture in the top left corner. Then, click the "Log in" button. Type in your Username and password and then "Log In" to access your account. If you run into any issues with your password, click "Forget Password" to reset your password. Click "Register" if you have not yet linked your membership number to your account log in.
