This Ramos Gin Fizz style cocktail requires an extensive shake (2 minutes of shaking without stopping) unless you have an ISI whipper, which will freeze and whip your foam instantly via NO2 charge.
Without ISI whipper: Build the drink, without soda water, in a 2-piece shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain out ice and dry shake for 2 minutes without stopping. Pour ingredients into a chilled Collins glass until ¾ full with no ice and chill for about 45 seconds. In a shaker tin with a strainer for accuracy, pour cold soda water on top until foam rises about an inch above the glass.
With ISI whipper: Pour ingredients into ISI whipper and shake for a couple of seconds. Charge the whipper with the NO2 cream cartridge. Shake again. Spray foam into chilled Collins and top with fresh soda water until foam rises above glass.
Garnish with fresh nutmeg and straw down the middle where you poured.

Pour 2 quarts of water in a 1 gallon pitcher.
Add the Kool-aid mix and sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the pineapple juice and lemonade and stir well.
To top the rim of a glass, dip the top in water then dip into the sanding sugar.
Just before serving, add the Sprite and ice. Serve and Enjoy!
