CINCINNATI, Oh. (December 5, 2019)— AAA is preparing for winter driving and the holiday season with a free event to help you prepare as well.   AAA members and non-members alike are invited to a holiday open house from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at local AAA stores.

Whether its shoppers looking for the perfect gift, travelers looking to make holiday plans or drivers getting ready for the road, this is a unique opportunity for one-stop winter/holiday preparation.

The AAA Roadside Rescue Team assisted nearly 2,800 motorists in greater Cincinnati over the five-day Thanksgiving holiday with the majority of vehicle issues requiring a tow, replacement battery and tire service. Drivers are encouraged to prepare now with a membership checkup as well as a free vehicle maintenance inspection.

Members and non-members who visit local AAA stores during the holiday season can receive special new, renewal and gift membership offers with the code: SAFETY. A limited number of free tire gauges will also be available—one per person while supplies last.

You cannot only save this holiday season, but also give back with a donation to the Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation.  AAA members, associates and the general public may bring new, unwrapped toys to any AAA location now through Thursday, December 12, 2019.

“AAA is known for its legendary emergency roadside rescues, automotive and travel services,” says Jenifer Moore, AAA spokeswoman. “But we are also concerned about those in need throughout the communities we serve. This is the perfect opportunity to give back with a donation to Toys for Tots while saving this holiday season.”
