Roanoke, Virginia, (Friday, February 5, 2021) - Local travel agency, Martin Travel, a stand-alone subsidiary of AAA Mid-Atlantic transitioned its corporate travel clients to AAA’s expanded corporate travel management division as of January 1, 2021. AAA Corporate Travel’s enhanced service platform will benefit not only current, but future corporate travel customers in the area, as they navigate the complex issues of cost management, including reducing travel costs for consumers via negotiated rates, ensuring travel policy compliance and insurance coverage, protecting the health and wellness of travelers and establishing ongoing communications between travelers and company contacts via sophisticated technology platforms.
Martin Travel was acquired in 2008 by AAA Mid-Atlantic and retained its brand identity, operating as Martin Travel Agency, LLC and will continue to do so. The partnership with AAA Corporate Travel is providing enhanced services for corporate travel customers who will be serviced by former Martin Travel agents, now employed by AAA and who have access to the full complement of AAA Corporate Travel’s service.
