Took my used car here in October for tune up oil change and new tires, . So now in March I returned for just an oil change and was told once again I needed new tires, I declined the service and realized I still have still have decent tread on the tires. I'm sure there will be a reply to this but truly don't care. I will be getting future oil changes someplace else, .

After hitting a pothole on the parkway and having no choice but turn off at the first exit, I was lucky to roll into this AAA car care center. My membership most likely lapsed, but the woman at the front desk was so kind and offered the mechanic to change my tire with my spare at no charge. The mechanic made sure all the other tires pressures were okay and informed me of how low my treads are. I'm way overdue on getting new tires and they gave me a very informative and helpful estimate. I was able to get to work much faster than if I had tried to change the tire myself and was happy with how professional and generous they were. Thank you!

AAA in brick was amazing !!! My car been in and out the shop 3 times for the same thing. Finally decided to go to AAA. For the first time . And my service was amazing !! Mechanics did a wonderful job. My car is fixed after 3 times with a different shop. The manager HOLLY was so sweet and so amazing !! She helped me with the cost. My total was a-little over 900$ she got it done to a-little under 400$ to help me out !! I will be a valued customer from here on out. If I could give 100000 stars I would !!!

Had a wheel alignment done last week. Told it would take about 45 minutes and they would do a health inspection free. Called me 30 minutes later and listed that I need new windshield wipers, a new battery, new air filters, and fluid flushes totaling about $500. Respectfully declined because I know those are all fine on my car and could easily do any of them myself for about $20 each. Then after driving my car home I realized it’s pulling to the right. They called me the next day to ask about my service and I told them it’s pulling to the right still. They told me to come back in. Finally had time to come in today and they took about an hr this time, said it was pulling to the right, they fixed it and test drove it to test it out and make sure it was correct. Picked it up back up. Now I’m not entirely convinced that it’s fixed all the way, I have to drive it around more to really see if it’s all the way straight. It is improved from what it was before. But I can’t help but wonder what were they doing the first time that it wasn’t aligned correctly (or possibly at all) to begin with? Spent more time quoting me overpriced services I didn’t need than actually fixing the issue. Not sure I trust this place or would go back again. It was a cheaper alignment than the dealership ($90 with a membership discount) but could probably get better service at a reputable shop for a similar price.

Actually really nice people and mechanics are really good at what they do. I highly recommend for all small or maintenance jobs. Anything pretty big, they are extremely overpriced and would save the time to go somewhere else.

Other than oil changes i will never bring my cars here. Their estimate was $1100 more than other ones that I received. I had a brake booster that needed replacing... only to find out from another service station that the brake booster was a recall. Furthermore the first time that I brought it there I made mention of the brakes being soft... they said nothing was wrong... second time that I brought it there they confirmed that there was something wrong with the brakes. So again other than oil changes I will never bring my vehicle there again

I brought my car in and they tried to sell me and told me they were giving me a discount of 150 discount on my breaks because I was previously a customer there like I wasn’t in the sales business lol . I brought my vehicle to a different shop and they charged me only 450 for my admission system leak and breaks compared to 800 for just brakes. This place is not trustworthy and I don’t recommend getting any work done here .

I had to have my boyfriend's truck towed in because he accidentally broke a brake line while do doing a brake job at home. Anthony and Steven at the front counter were very polite and helpful. My technician George replaced the broken line and also noticed that we had installed the new front calipers on the wrong sides (a by-product of frustration and not paying attention after breaking the line). He corrected the problem and was very courteous and professional. Thanks for all your help!

The price I was given was extremely high. I contacted a few places in the same area & was given reasonable prices & told that the triple AAA mechanic lied about certain problems with my car. After having my car towed to another shop, My car was fixed the next day from another for 20% of what AAA tried charging me. I was also upset about paying$ 67-$68 just to check my car & I’m a AAA plus member. The other mechanic didn’t charge me anything to check my car. After contacting the AAA1800 number I was asked why I wanted to have my car towed to another shop & after discussing my concerns I was told some shops overcharge & are investigated. The representative also said paying almost $70 to check the car was unacceptable. The guy that gave me my keys & completed my paperwork seemed upset once I changed my mind about getting my car fixed. He was rude & didn’t communicate with me as he did when I first got to the shop. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The good reviews are most likely fake or the customer got lucky. The atmosphere was not happy, no one spoke as customers entered etc.

For how nice the place looks it sure does seem to have some shady practices going on. I went in two separate times with different vehicles for an oil change because I had a "just in case" membership for the towing but they tried to rip me off. They wanted $900 for a brake job and "tune up". The tune up consisted of the installation of 4 spark plugs which just about anyone could install in 15 minutes and they wanted $28 per plug plus an hour of labor. Over $200 for 4 spark plugs that can be changed with the most expensive double iridium plugs for my car at about $9 each. The other $700 was for pads and knock off rotors that would take even the most inept weekend warrior mechanic two hours to replace and $200 using quality bosch rotors with ceramic pads. Another time they quoted me the absurd $3000 to fix a brake leak and tried to use scare tactics to keep me from leaving with the car so that they can laugh their way to the bank but I brought it to another place and had it fixed for $300. Yes literally 90% off on this shop's price and it's worked perfect since. A car being broken is stressful but please do yourself a favor and put in the effort to find yourself a reliable and honest local mechanic to fix your car rather than pay ridiculous sums of money to a place that's only concern is how much they can squeeze out of you.

The last few times I came in for service, the staff tried to upsell me drastically on the service they said was required. This past week I came in for their "pothole special" because my wheels needed alignment. I was on guard for the upsell here, and sure enough, the $100 work resulted in them quoting me $1600 for work to the front axle. Cashier was doing everything he could to not have me leave without the vehicle -- rental car fee waiver, offered a ride home, all that. The front desk guy heavily implied that my car was not safe to drive. Thankfully the mechanic was more honest, and told me upfront the car would still vibrate at higher speeds but that was it. However, I learned at this AAA that when they upsell me, I get a second opinion from elsewhere first. Sure enough, the tire alignment fixed about 80% of the vibration. Definitely not the safety issue I was led to believe. Once it gets to the point that I don't trust you, why would I even bother coming? It wasn't always this way at the Brick AAA. When they first opened, they were honest and I felt like they wanted to save me money. Now? Don't even come here for an oil change. Just go to Quicky Discount Oil Change down the street. You come here, they'll hassle you.

My AC on my car stopped working. I realize there is a process first freon then see if there is a leak. But after about 2 hours it was done when I tried the AC 2 vents on the driver side were coming out pretty warm yet the other in center and passenger side were fine. They originally told me that part of me paying for the first step included them checking when done. So I was ticked off that me a woman and far from knowing a thing about cars would realize this within the first 2 minutes of me trying it out. Least to say I had to return it the next day.... They didn't charge me again but said they needed to add more freon and recharge it. Now that's what they were supposed to do the first time. So personally although the cheapest around sometimes you get what you pay for... I would not go back

I went in for an oil change around 8:10 AM and I was told it would take about 1-2 hours. No big deal i went to get some breakfast and did some errands in the plaza but still no call. So when i called to check the status of my car I'm being told its gonna be another 40 minutes that the mechanic had just walked out to get my car....2 HOURS AFTER I DROPPED IT OFF. Not only is the service slower than my other mechanic but I'm paying double for the same oil change I would get elsewhere. I pay for a membership and still end up paying more for a service that I could get anywhere else I don't understand how that's possible. At least the staff and building were nice.

Am very disappointed and dissatisfied with everything. Came in for oil change and courtesy check for my car and of course they found something that needs to be done. The tires not checked properly for air and stated that it's not due for tire rotation yet. I have to take my car for air check and the sticker for placement of recent oil change which includes the mileage. I wonder how the mechanics/staff are working at the back. Am very suspicious of how the cars are being handled and checked properly. Am paying a lot of money for the crappy job that's done to my car. Am done with this Triple A car service...

True story. I went for a oil change and they did a courtesy check around the car. They came back and said my front tire is very bad mean while I got the tire 5 months ago. So I went back to where I got my tires from and They had said my front tires are perfect! Which AAA said one was red (poor). AAA said I need a alignment so when I went to check my tires out from where I bought it they checked my alignment and I saw and they said it was all in the green area My alignment is perfect which AAA said I need one. And the same with my rare tires I waisted a hour being busy with this and I’m done with AAA oil changes and services. Bottom line don’t let AAA try to suck money out of you. I actually watched a older lady get ripped off they came to her after her oil change with a lot of problems and she fixed everyinebthey had mentioned. She sat there for 3 hours.

AAA MidAtlantic Travel Services agent ETHEL SMITH conned, deceived , stole and ripped out my family for $600 in bogus credit card charges without authorization. They are not trustworthy, as they will take you to the cleaners and ruin your vacation. Stay away from AAA Travel, and consider other options to prevent headaches or ruining your vacations. After you inform their management team of the illegal practices of their agents, they do not step up or help and protects their agent for generating revenue illegally. Instead the response by the management team supervisor KAREN LARSEN was AAA MidAtlantic stole your money legally. After the fact they will produce fraudulent and fake documents to justify their theft. If you want to have a enjoyable vacation or travel services STAY AWAY from AAA Mid-Atlantic travel services, otherwise you will regret to do any business with AAA Mid-Atlantic as they will deceive and conn you at every step. They allegedly have a bunch of thieves and scammers.

I had my odyssey jumped for the 2nd time in 1 week due to the battery, and being told the battery was good. I went to the store about 6:10, and the fellow tested it again, only to be told the battery was good and couldnt get another 1 , as it test ok. He did do a check of the electrical briefly, as they were due to close soon, but did not rush, and noticed i had a cell phone charge and other type of charge left plugged in. He said it may be causing a parasitic draw of the battery and should leave them unplugged. I was very doubtful what he said, but took them out anyway and that was the problem. It was the wed evening, the week before thanksgiving and didnt get his name, to thank him again for his help, and i will be back for other servicing

What a horrible experience. Called and got a 1pm appointment. Dropped the car off 20 minutes early and said I was leving it. Did not realize that meant I was no longer a priority. I called the store at 4:30, 30 minutes before close and it still was not done. Over 4hrs for an oil change, that's just unacceptable. Then to top it off I get disrespected by the service writer and derogatory comments made about me in front of my wife. When I approached the employee about this, first it was I didn't say it. Quickly it was changed to "if I said it, it wasn't meant to be disrespectful" So which is it, did you say it or not?? This place is run by clowns, don't know how to schedule service and the techs don't always do what is supposed to be done on the service. Horrible experience, never going back. Now I have to be inconvenienced to have to go find another place to service my vehicles. Oh and by the way. I had to choose 1 star or it would not let me post. This is definitely a ZERO STAR facility.
