"Be thankful for what you have. You'll end up having more." – Oprah Winfrey
Thanksgiving is a time of year when we reflect and give thanks.
A tradition we have at Thanksgiving, and perhaps your family has as well, is to share what we're thankful for during the Thanksgiving meal.
While 2020 has been a challenging year in many ways, there are still blessings to be counted.
My words of thanks usually include mentioning any fun trips or adventures I've had. While this year, the furthest trip many of us took was across town to the grocery store, why not have everyone share their most favorite family travel memory.
The new KeeKee Kid's Corner download includes activities to get the kids involved too!
Just the act of being thankful and having gratitude is good for you. And experts say grateful people tend to be more resilient, empathetic, and compassionate. That's good for our kids AND us!
We wish you and your family a very Happy Thanksgiving!
