Requesting roadside assistance online, via the AAA.com or the AAA App, is easy and convenient. Just enter your location and describe the reason you need help. Once you hit “submit”, a confirmation will appear, letting you know that your request was successful. This confirmation will also give you an estimated time of arrival for the road service provider.

For your protection, and the protection of Drivers, you will not be allowed to ride with the Tow Truck Driver to the tow destination. This is to ensure compliance with social distancing recommendations by the CDC and other relevant authorities.

In order to protect your identity, please present your AAA Membership Card and Driver’s License to the AAA Service Driver when they arrive at your location. If you do not have your Driver's License, please call AAA immediately. To learn more about our rules of the road, please click here.
