Request Roadside Assistance Online
Requesting roadside assistance online is easy and convenient.
Request roadside assistance via AAA.com or the AAA App. Just enter your location and describe the reason you need help. Once you hit “submit”, a confirmation will appear, letting you know that your request was successful. This confirmation will also give you an estimated time of arrival for the road service provider.
In order to protect your identity, please present your AAA Membership Card and Driver’s License to the AAA Service Driver when they arrive at your location. If you do not have your Driver's License, please call AAA immediately. Learn more about our rules of the road.
