What to expect
Our 10-week paid summer internship program offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience, build professional skills, and explore a purpose-driven workplace. Interns work on meaningful projects aligned with their field of study, collaborate with supportive teams, and contribute to real business outcomes.

What you'll do
- We are looking for students to join our program in teams such as Marketing, Information Technology, Insurance, Analytics, Travel, and more! Internship roles are typically based at our corporate headquarters in Wilmington, DE; Cincinnati, OH; or Columbus, OH.
- Work on meaningful projects
- Collaborate with support teams and mentors
- Participate in networking sessions and skill-building workshops
- Explore AAA’s culture through volunteer opportunities & store tours
- Present solutions to a large-scale business problem through a capstone project alongside other intern
