Looking for an easy meal to serve your family? This chicken dinner is easy and can cook while your kids finish their homework.

INGREDIENTS

  • 8  chicken thighs
  • 6-8 large potatoes, quartered or halved
  • 5-6  carrots in 1- to 2-inch pieces
  • 1 onion, cut in quarters
  • 15 whole garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 4 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 3-4 tsp  olive oil

DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees. Get a baking sheet and line it with foil. Place the chicken, potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic on the lined baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle the salt, pepper, and remaining spices evenly across the main ingredients. Bake for 90 minutes, checking half-way through. Remove from oven once chicken has reached 165 degrees, and enjoy.
