INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 5 tbsp. tapioca
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 8 cups Maine wild blueberries
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients and pour into your favorite pie crust. Top with second pie crust (or make lattice pattern), roll edges, pinch decoratively, cut air vents, spray with water, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 325˚ or until bubbly. Frozen Maine wild blueberries can be used in the off season. Just lay them out on a sheet pan to thaw before mixing.
