If Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) is purchased in connection with the rental, Hertz will waive the customer’s financial responsibility for any loss or damage to the rental vehicle, provided there is no violation of the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement. Loss of use fee will be waived provided there is no violation of the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement. This is an exclusive offer for AAA members who enroll at AAA.com/hertzgold. Valid for new Hertz Gold Plus® (HG+) members only. Free day points will be added to HG+ account after first paid Gold rental. Free day excludes taxes and fees.
