Barcelona is a melting pot of dreamy architecture, a historic cathedral, seaside splendor, and culinary delights. The day begins as you have first entry into the Palau de la Muscia, the only concert hall declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, and an architectural pearl of Catalan Modernism. Visit Gaudí’s imaginative Sagrada Família. This evening, take a walking food tour, sampling tapas or “small plates” of local delicacies, along the way.

Follow the sunny Costa Dorada to sea-lapped Peñíscola. Granada is a rich oasis of Moorish architecture and flourishing Roman culture. A local expert will show you the exquisite Alhambra Palace and exotic water gardens built by the Moors in the 13th century (subject to availability).

CÓRDOBA | June 4
Journey through the silent sierras to Córdoba with views of the Old Roman Bridge. Arrive at the magnificent Mezquita, one of the greatest works of Islamic architecture. Your local expert will walk you through a forest of delicate arches and pillars to the opulent Christian cathedral nestled within. Upon arrival in Seville, take a leisurely stroll through the enchanting Jewish Quarter, guided by your knowledgeable local expert. Dinner tonight is at an elegant local restaurant.

SEVILLE | June 5
Join your local expert for a walk through the whitewashed alleys and flower-decked squares of the Santa Cruz Quarter. Explore Seville Your Way with a choice to visit the main chapel and tomb of Columbus or visit the Fine Arts Museum showcasing masterpieces of Sevillian Baroque and Spanish artists. A romantic horse and carriage ride will take you to your private flamenco lesson, where you will learn some basic flamenco steps. Afterward, relax over dinner and enjoy the alluring music of the Spanish guitar.

Discover the flavors of Andalusia during a market tour and Spanish cooking experience. This evening we visit a local winery for a tour of their vineyard. Sample local wines before we feast on a delectable dinner freshly made with local produce.

MADRID | June 8
Admire the tree-lined avenues, Cibeles Fountain, Columbus Monument, and Royal Palace as you explore the heart of Madrid. Raise a glass to new memories and friendships, as you dine on classic cuisine in a stylish, modern setting.
