What Premier Gets You

Up to 5 tows per member per year, including one 200-mile tow per household

If your disabled vehicle cannot be driven safely, it will be towed to a location of choice or back to a responding AAA facility.

$1,500 Trip Interruption Expense Reimbursement.

If your vehicle becomes disabled on a covered trip, AAA will reimburse you up to $1,500 for relevant expenses including car rental fees, lodging, or meals. Certain restrictions apply.

Free Fuel Delivery

Run out of gas on the side of the road? We’ll provide you with a sufficient amount of regular gasoline to help you reach the closest station. Fuel cost is included with Plus and Premier memberships.

Vehicle and Home Lockout Service

Whenever you get a flat, a AAA technician will come out to install your vehicle’s spare tire. If an inflated spare isn’t available, or if the technician deems the existing spare unsafe, you can have your vehicle towed to an approved facility.

Speak to an agent AAA Roadside Assistance comes to you when the unexpected happens. If you're having car problems, simply contact us and we'll send someone out to help. You can request assistance by calling 1-800-AAA-HELP.

Reach us online Request roadside assistance via AAA.com. Just enter your location and describe the reason you need help. Once you hit "submit," a confirmation will appear, letting you know that your request was successful. This confirmation will also give you an estimated time of arrival for the road service provider.

Use our app Whether you find yourself stranded in the middle of nowhere, lock yourself out of your rental vehicle or just need a jump start, using the Digital Roadside Request tool on the AAA mobile app is another easy way to get timely roadside assistance from a AAA technician.
