Safety and efficiency are our top priority. A safe location, appropriate space, and healthy lug nuts are important to make sure you are ready for your installation appointment.

• Safe Location: We need a safe place to install your tires. We cannot install in open traffic, but we can meet you at your residence or a local parking lot.
• Appropriate Space: We require a flat, paved surface with 6 feet of clearance around your vehicle along with enough space for our installation van. A minimum of 10 feet of vertical clearance is also required.
• Wheel Lock Key: Wheels that have one unique lug will require a wheel lock key. Please have the key, typically stored in the glove box or trunk, available for the technician.

Yes, you can take your vehicle to any AAA or Bob Sumerel Tire and Service after installation.
